Boghiș is a village in Doba commune in Satu Mare county, Transylvania, Romania.
The settlement has been inhabited since ancient times, prehistoric artifacts have also been unearthed here. In 1354, this family won the right of pallos from King Louis I., which was confirmed by King Zsigmond in 1395 and extended to the Vetéssy family in 1409. The name of the settlement appears in written form in 1306 in a letter of royal donation.His name was written in form Bogus at that time .In the early 1900s, the largest owner of the commune was József Dégenfeld.
