Kisszekeres, village in Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg county. Kisszekers is first mentioned in documents in 1181. Already in 1359, it was owned by the Szekeressy family. In 1404, the Kölcsey family, in 1422 the Domahidy family, and in 1446 the Ujhelyi family also had mortgaged properties here. In 1460 the Károlyi family, in 1481 Bornemisza, in 1490 the Rozsályi Kún and Drágfi families were landowners. In 1515, Péter Czégényi Kende was incorporated into his parts. In 1524, János Drágfi annexed it to the Rozsály manor. After the death of János Drágfi without an heir in 1555, the estate was given to the Rozsályi Kún family, and then in 1672 to the family of Count Zinzendorff, from whom Du Jardin inherited it. In the 18th century, its owners were the Domahidy, Pongrácz, Morvay, Fogarassy, Isaák, Count Majláth, Ajtay, Osváth and Mándy families. In the 19th century, after the war of independence, Baron Haynau and János Vállyi also acquired here. At the beginning of the 20th century, it was the property of the heirs of the Haynau family and the Vállyi family.
