Mánd is a village, it is located in Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County. The name, Mánd is mentioned in certificates for the first time in 1345, when it was owned by the Mándy family. In 1755, János Mándy, Miklós Márton and Miklós István Csepelyi, Mihály János, Ferenc, László and Albert and István Balla again received a new donation for their estates.
